Booking Terms & Agreements

The client/venue agrees to provide parking for all members of The Sonntag Jazz Trio, which may include but not limit to: parking passes, parking fees (private and/or public), access to loading docks and/or stage doors. The client/venue agrees to provide adequate electrical, lighting, and proper ventilation at all times at the location. The host agrees to provide complimentary meals and beverages at events that feature food and drink to guests. At this time, no song or music requests will be considered or accepted by patrons or hosts during the performance or event unless agreed prior to the event. The Sonntag Jazz Trio will take a 10 minute break every 50 minutes for events requiring two hours or more of performance. For request of The Sonntag Jazz Trio, please ensure to include all of the following information: date & time of event, type of event (wedding, restaurant, private event, etc.), number of anticipated guests, event location (physical address), indoors vs. outdoors, and an approximate stage or performance area size.
